Woven Heart SAORI Studio is a full spectrum textile arts studio offering a range of creative fiber art classes that embrace the philosophies of SAORI. We celebrate the beauty we create with our hands, see possibility in the places others see mistakes, and unlock our creative spirit by encouraging the exploration of “What If?”

Esther Rodgers of JazzTurtle Creations, is the weaver and instructor behind Woven Heart SAORI. She is a full time fiber arts educator, known for her creative exploration of art yarn spinning and fiber preparation, as well as SAORI weaving. She frequently uses these creative yarns in her woven cloth, and has lots of tricks on how they can shine. She has extensive experience in designing and sewing and loves to use her SAORI cloth to make garments.

Woven Heart SAORI Studio is located in Mebane, North Carolina. We are an hour from Winston Salem, 45 minutes from Greensboro, 25 minutes from Durham, 45 from Raleigh, just over 2 hours from Charlotte and about an hour from Wake Forest.
